Clicking/Locking Finger
Stenosing tenosynovitis of the flexor tendon sheath, most commonly at the A1 pulley (MCPJ level). The tendon develops a nodular thickening that catches on the narrowed pulley, causing clicking and eventually locking. Most common in middle-aged women. Associated with diabetes, RA, CTS, de Quervain's.
