Guyon's Canal Syndrome (Ulnar Tunnel at Wrist)
Ulnar Nerve Trapped at Wrist
Compression of the ulnar nerve in Guyon's canal at the wrist. Much less common than cubital tunnel syndrome. Causes include: ganglion cyst (most common), handlebar palsy (cycling), hook of hamate fracture, ulnar artery thrombosis/aneurysm, repetitive trauma. Presentation depends on zone of compression.
