Fracture of the distal radius with dorsal displacement and angulation: the "dinner fork" deformity. Most common fracture in adults. Bimodal: young males (high-energy), post-menopausal women (low-energy FOOSH + osteoporosis). Associated injuries: ulnar styloid fracture (60%), scapholunate ligament tear, DRUJ disruption, median nerve compression.
