Boxer's Fracture (5th Metacarpal Neck)
Broken Knuckle (Little Finger)
Fracture of the 5th metacarpal neck: the most common metacarpal fracture. Typical mechanism: punching with a closed fist. Peak in males 10-30 years. Can tolerate significant angulation before requiring reduction (up to 70° in the 5th metacarpal due to compensatory CMC mobility).
