Stiff Mid-Back Joint
Pain arising from thoracic zygapophyseal (facet) joints. Similar mechanism to cervical facet syndrome. Less studied than cervical/lumbar facet pain. Extension and rotation typically provocative. Responds well to manual therapy. Often associated with postural dysfunction.
