Acute Compartment Syndrome (EMERGENCY)
Limb Emergency (6 Hour Window)
Increased pressure within a closed fascial compartment, typically after tibial shaft fracture. The 6 Ps: Pain (disproportionate), Pressure, Paraesthesia, Pallor, Pulselessness (LATE), Paralysis (LATE). EMERGENCY fasciotomy (surgical cutting open of the muscle compartment) within 6 hours.
