Calcium Deposit in Shoulder Tendon
Calcium hydroxyapatite crystal deposition within the rotator cuff tendons, most commonly supraspinatus. Prevalence 2.7-7.5% of asymptomatic shoulders. Can be acutely excruciatingly painful during the resorptive phase. Self-limiting in most cases.
