Biceps Tendon Pain at the Shoulder

Pain and inflammation of the long head of biceps (LHB) tendon in the bicipital groove. Rarely occurs in isolation: usually secondary to rotator cuff pathology, impingement, or instability. Also includes biceps subluxation (slips out of groove when subscapularis torn).
