Top of Shoulder Joint Injury
Injury to the acromioclavicular joint ranging from sprain (Grade I-III Rockwood) to complete dislocation (Grade IV-VI). Also includes degenerative AC joint OA: extremely common incidental finding on imaging. Most sprains from direct fall onto the point of the shoulder.
