Wrist Drop
Compression of the radial nerve in the spiral groove of the humerus. Causes: Saturday night palsy (arm over chair while intoxicated), humeral shaft fracture (12-18%), crutch palsy. Produces wrist drop and finger MCP extension loss with dorsal first web space sensory loss.
