Foot Drop
Compression of the common peroneal nerve (CPN) at the fibular neck. Causes foot drop (inability to dorsiflex and evert). Most common lower limb mononeuropathy. Causes: habitual leg crossing, tight casts/braces, fibular head fracture, knee surgery, rapid weight loss.
