Deltoid Paralysis
Deltoid paralysis and regimental badge area anaesthesia from axillary nerve injury. Most common cause: anterior shoulder dislocation (5-35%). Also proximal humeral fracture, surgery. Most are neuropraxia recovering in 3-6 months.
