Lateral spinal curvature over 10 degrees (Cobb angle) in 10-18 year olds. Prevalence 2-3%. Female predominance for progressive curves. Adams forward bend test for screening. Management: observe, brace, or surgical fusion depending on angle and skeletal maturity.
