Night Pain Bone Tumour

Benign bone tumour. Night pain characteristically relieved by NSAIDs (especially aspirin). Small nidus under 2cm with reactive sclerosis. Common in proximal femur, tibia, spine. CT scan shows nidus within sclerotic bone.
