Hip Clicks Deep Inside

Iliopsoas tendon snapping over the iliopectineal eminence or femoral head during hip extension from flexion. The second most common type. Felt DEEP and ANTERIOR, not visible like external snapping. Common in dancers, gymnasts. May coexist with labral pathology.
