Radial Tunnel Syndrome
Deep Forearm Nerve Pain
Compression of the posterior interosseous nerve (PIN) in the radial tunnel, 3-4cm distal to lateral epicondyle. Often misdiagnosed as lateral epicondylalgia. Distinguished by tenderness DISTAL to epicondyle and pain with resisted supination.
