Golfer's Elbow / Inside Elbow Pain
Tendinopathy of the common flexor-pronator origin at the medial epicondyle. Less common than lateral epicondylalgia (ratio ~1:7). Often coexists with ulnar nerve irritation (60% of cases). Common in golfers, throwers, and manual workers. Peak age 40-60.
