Neck Injury from Car Accident
Acceleration-deceleration injury to the cervical spine, most commonly from rear-end motor vehicle collision. Quebec Task Force classification: Grade 0-IV. The majority (Grade I-II) have no structural damage but significant symptom burden. Biopsychosocial factors are the strongest predictors of chronicity.
