Dizziness from the Neck

Dizziness arising from cervical spine dysfunction: typically cervical proprioceptive impairment. Diagnosis of EXCLUSION: must rule out vestibular, central, and cardiovascular causes first. Common after whiplash injury. Characterised by dizziness provoked by neck movements or sustained postures.
