Cervical Stenosis
Narrowed Neck Spine Channel
Narrowing of the cervical spinal canal from degenerative changes, congenital narrowing, or both. May be asymptomatic (radiographic finding) or symptomatic (producing myelopathy or radiculopathy). Congenital stenosis (canal diameter <13mm) is a predisposing factor: degenerative changes superimposed on a congenitally narrow canal produce symptoms earlier.
